1. Definitions and Interpretation

The key terms used in these conditions are defined as follows:

• "Platform" refers to the bdtk2 website, application, and all associated services.
• "User" or "You" refers to any person who is registered on bdtk2 and uses the platform.
• "Account" refers to a personal account registered on bdtk2.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional offers, welcome bonuses, or other rewards granted by bdtk2.
• "Funds" refers to the money held in a user's account.
• "Terms" refers to this complete terms and conditions document.

In these terms, singular words also include the plural and plural words also include the singular where the context requires it.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

To use the bdtk2 platform, users must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• The user must be 21 years of age or older. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
• The user must provide truthful information about their identity and age.
• It is the user's own responsibility to confirm that they are participating on this platform voluntarily and that online gaming is permitted under their local laws.
• bdtk2 may request necessary documents for age verification at any time. The account may be temporarily restricted until verification is complete.
• Users whose accounts were previously terminated by bdtk2 may not open a new account.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

When opening an account on bdtk2, you must provide truthful and accurate information. Providing false information may result in account cancellation. Only one account may be opened per person — creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.2 Password and Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. Allowing a third party to use your account or transferring your account to another person is strictly prohibited. If you suspect that someone has accessed your account without authorization, notify our support team immediately. bdtk2 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access if you do not notify us in a timely manner.

3.3 Account Verification

bdtk2 reserves the right to verify a user's identity, age, or payment method at any time. Withdrawal functionality may be temporarily suspended until required KYC documents are submitted.

4. Financial Transactions — Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The following methods are accepted for depositing funds on bdtk2: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.

• Deposited funds must not come from a third party — they may only be sent from your own account.
• bdtk2 reserves the right to review suspicious transactions.
• Deposit processing time depends on the payment method used.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount on bdtk2 is ৳500. A successful withdrawal is generally processed within 1 hour. The following conditions apply at the time of withdrawal:

• Withdrawals may only be made using the same method that was used for the deposit.
• Winnings from bonuses must meet wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.
• bdtk2 reserves the right to verify withdrawal requests when necessary.

4.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). bdtk2 does not support transactions in any other currency.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users on bdtk2 will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 15x, applicable only on the bonus amount. For example: to withdraw winnings from a ৳1,200 bonus, a total of ৳18,000 must be wagered.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games — bdtk2 determines the list of eligible games.
• Bonus funds cannot be converted to cash — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless bdtk2 specifically permits it.
• bdtk2 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If dishonest or manipulative behavior in using bonus benefits is proven, the account may be cancelled.

5.3 VIP Program

The bdtk2 VIP program has five tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.2%), Silver (up to 0.3%), Gold (up to 0.5%), Platinum (up to 0.6%), and Diamond (up to 0.8%). You can advance to higher tiers through regular and active play. Contact support for more details about the benefits of each tier.

6. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

bdtk2 is committed to ensuring a fair and balanced environment for all users. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Any form of fraud, manipulation, or use of automated software (bots).
• Misuse of bonuses or attempting to circumvent bonus terms in a coordinated manner (bonus hunting).
• Creating multiple accounts to gain an advantage.
• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources on the platform.
• Intentionally exploiting technical errors or bugs on the platform.
• Harassing or intimidating other users.

If any of the above prohibited conduct is proven, bdtk2 reserves the right to cancel the account and forfeit all funds and winnings.
